Harassed constantly even after payment!

I have a credit card with fnb which I pay on time every month. Last month my payment was late due to the fact that I closed my fnb cheque account and wasn't sure how to pay from the absa account my husband and I share. So I was contacted by the fnb credit card collections number and was told how to pay it. They told me which account to pay it into. I payed more than 4 times what they were asking for on 4 September. I was called again on Tuesday 10th and asked when I would be making payment. I explained that I already had. After talking to someone from the card collections, we realized that I had put the wrong reference. I put my name instead of my account number. I was asked to then email proof of payment to [Email Removed] explaining the mistake. I sent that email on Tuesday the 10th. I have now been called about 7/8 times from the collections department asking when I will make payment. Every time I explain to a different person the situation. They have even called as early at 07:05 am! I will not answer phone calls from that number anymore because there is nothing more I can do on my side. Please sort this out!
