Error code 431 - Revolving loan

I am not able to transfer funds from my Revolving loan to my cheque account, getting a 431 error code the whole time. When I called their customer service, I was transferred from department to department to department. When I finally got through so someone that could help me, the phone was ringing for quite a few minutes. I then had to email someone so that she could transfer the funds for me??? The lady did however say that it must be a "system" problem. So how long does it take to fix such a "system" problem?
