On the 12th I was advised that 14519 smart shopper points HAD BEEN added to my pick n pay Smart Shopper card. I received the sms twice. To date the points are not reflecting. You phone Pick n Pay - not their problem, you phone Discovery - they couldn't be bothere but if you give them FIVE WORKING DAYS they will "look into it". Don't launch a product if you don't have the infrstructure to manage it. This also happened to me in November last year. What are you people playing at and why can't you get your act together?
