Couldn't use any of my Smart Shopper Vouchers

I visited Sable Square Pick n Pay on Friday 25Oct at 12pm. I intended to use my triple points on butchery items smart shopper coupons and on eggs. However when I visited the one and only smart shopper machine instore the Printer wasn't worker. I called the supervisor and she took 10mins to open the machine and a further 10mins to align the paper but still it wasn't working. She obviously didn't know what to do. So I purchased my Lamb Chops and I like to have my smart shopper points updated! I'm also a Vitality member and have registered my smart shopper card with Discovery but don't seem to be collectiing multiple points. Please update my Smart Shopper points!
