My car went in repairs to Alpine VW, report back from them was a damage clutch, this is covered as per my warranty agreement with Motorite. Motorite requested a quote for total repairs and labour to be sent to them. My service advisor sent through quote on thurs, the 31 januuary 2013, he tried thereafter contacting Motorite numerous for feedback on authorisation for repairs on my vehicle, but had no joy. Now today, 12 FEbruary 2013, being 6 days, later they send an email to VW advisor saying my warranty is cancelled and they are not paying for repairs cost. It so shocking that when payment for taking warranty is so easy and our monies are recieved promptly, but when theres need to pay for repairs, they look for every reason to back out and not pay for the cost. The Motorite company warranty is a, im sure many customers have experienced the same, customers please dont ever take out any warranty with Motorite, as they are artist, taking people's money for a service that will never will returned. Its also shocking, as Motorite said that tried contacting my VW advisor many times, but amazingly no call came to him or the switchboard & no messages revieved for him shocking!!!
