"Silent calls"

I don't have a RCS account or card, and am really not interested in their offers.

I have been receiving telephone calls from RCS (27873535145) for a number of days now. When I answer the calls, the caller remains silent and then ends the call a few seconds later without saying a word. Is this purely a way of the tele-marketers to show they've made a certain number of calls for the day (making up their daily targets)?

If this continues I would be forced to take legal action, as this constitutes harassment.

I suggest you attend to this matter rather sooner than later. I've had enough of your calls!!!
