On the 29/05/2013 i logged a query for a til slip on which i did not receive any smart shopper points allocation, i received an email dvising that feedback would be provided within 3 to 5 days, i then receive feedback on 12/06/2013 that Discovery Card is still investigating (really? i dont know whats so hard about this?)

anyway on 21/06/2013 Discovery card finally realises what is going on and tells me that they will need to allocate points manually for which they require authorisation and after that i should receive additional points within 7 working days. today i phone the call centre to find out if these points have been allocated only for the call centre agent to tell me that he cant see anything and that he will have to log a query (typical discovery response!!!)

It has now been 41 DAYS since the original enquiry and 12 WORKING DAYS since i received confirmation that error was made and apparently i am no closer to receiving the additional smart shopper points.

I have now resorted to Hellopeter to get feedback as this is the only medium that discovery seems to take seriously?

Please can this be looked at as a matter of urgency!!!
