I struggle for more than 3 weeks to get FNB to send me my Home Loan Agreement.. I try to explain to the lady what I want, she can't understand, keep on telling me this is the Grant of Loan. I want my contract between me and FNB. The one we both signed. The other day I ask a guy at the mrtg dep about securitisation and send him 10 quest to answer by point.. Till today they did not answer me by point. He didn't know what is securitisation. I keep on telling him, this is when the Bank sell your loan (bond) to a third party. The Bank get paid by the third party and then they me to pay them also, with interest. I can't pay them, because they already get paid. And I can't pay the third party because I did not sign a contract with them. I ask them if my loan has been securitised? He thinks I speak a forgein language! (I got the proof for that) but FNB revuse to give me this information. Now I have to take FNB to court to let them know I am not one of there other thousands of uninformed customers!!!
