Interest charged increase although capital go down

I have had lengthy discussions with FNB Home loans and find it very frustrating that my home loan interest charged monthly fluctuate even though the interest rate and bond repayment amount remain the same.
I was first told that I am paying late and then later that I am paid in advance. I have asked for information and never get a straight answer. I have received statements etc. but still no one in FNB Home loans has bothered to call me even when I threatened to report them on Helo Peter and to inform the ombudsman. It seems that the bank don't need to take any responsibility and can charge any person what ever they wish. Reference numbers: QP1315404 / QP1312319 / QP1311087. Queries and Suggestions. 35DX. I am tired of not getting a true answer on my home loan and no one can explain the fluctuations of between R100 and R250 monthly...
