STANDARD BANK is a DISGRACE bank. In 2011, I received a home loan from them. Apparently I payed them for 3 months, up until I found out that the home I'm paying for was sold to me fraudulantly. I TOLD THEM OVER and OVER again. Everyday of the month about the THAT HAPPENED. But NO, they don't take the information seriosly till they send me a letter of Demand. I EXPLAINED TO THEM the situation but still they keep on SENDING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST. Which makes me VERY ANGRY cause they DONT' LISTEN to my griviences. OHH, STANDARD BANK instead of helping me cause it's your money you're telling me stories. TOLD to call this department, called it then they send to another department. IN a DAY I've called multiple departments to explain the story them. Ayi, WHAT is really going on. I REALLY THOUGHT U NEW your story, understood customers problems. SO, U TELLING US WHEN WE WALK though your doors.
I'M VERY EMBARRASSED to have applied for a LOAN from YOU. YOU STANDARD BANK, I'M DISAPPONTED on how you handle urgent matters. Note: that the current occupant has a letter from court saying that it's her house, even if you reposses it. Been to lawyers. SIES, STD bank NX
