Dear FNB...

This is my Second complaint...

This is the second complaint on exactly the same matter... After my previous letter to you, I received absolutely NO satisfactory communication from your staff... This is totally unacceptable...

I will also launch an official complaint on several social media websites regarding your unsatisfactory service if this is not resolved very urgently...

My father Frans Roets passed away on 11 April 2012 and trusted you to manage his affairs, he had several policies and up to date it is an impossible task to get any undistorted information from you regarding pay out of his policies...

I was promised full payment by the 14th of December 2012, and when that did not happen, payment was promised by the end of 2012... It seem to me you are not nearly as competent as your marketing campaign would have us believe... It is time to put some weight behind your word...

I am asking you for full closure of this matter by the end of this week... Payment to be made in full as you promised to be done in December 2012 already...
