We have logged a complaint on 29 December 2012 @ 16:53 with regards to bad service received at the Mike's Kitchen branch in Rosebank on 26 December 2012.
Up to date the matter has not been resolved. We did recieve a couple of phone calls from Mike's Kitchen, stating that the Manager/Owner will personally get back to us, which is yet to happen!
This creates the impression that if you do not follow up on your logged complaints, the supplier thinks that you have forget about it and leaves it as it is.
