I have had ongoing problems with the Homeloand department and their terrible service. I applied for a second bond. I received notification that the bond was granted and they then sent me a letter with the pre agreement quotiont. The figures were totally wrong. They stated double the amount that i applied for. When advising them it was wrong they even appointed an attorney. they then tried to correct the error and have since sent me the same document with the incorrect figures and appointed the attorney AGAIN. I have since laid a formal complaint of which nobody has bother contacting me. I email the HEAD of homeloans. He read my email. Never replied. I then emailed the manager of homeloans. She read the email and requested that one of her staff deal witht he qeury. Have not heard anything again. how long does it take the bank to correct their mistakes??? Why cant someone take responsibilities for their errors and fix the problems??? Not the even top management wants to help customers. I am so sick of this bank. I have a good mind switching to a bank that actually cares about customers! Wondering if i email the heaf of the bank if i will actually get results.
