Mistake with home loan made by Standard Bank

I applied and had a bond approved by Standard Bank. The bank appointed the bond registration attorneys and made a mistake with the guarantee amount. The bond attorney requested the bank weeks ago to rectify the mistake. It is still not corrected. The transfer attorneys are ready for submission to the deeds office, but the whole process is being delayed by the bank due to failure to fix their mistake.
