Efund still not. received

On monday johnathan said "I confirm that you refund has been done today" today its thursday and I have not received a cent of my money back.
I don't have food, I don't have petrol money to go to work.what then do I do? I have phoned absa back and the confirm that an electronic payment takes between 24-48 hrs for payment to reflect from absa to nedbank.day 3 anstill no money paid.
Am so emotional drained and I don't know were to from here. I've spent over R200 on the phone trying to get my money and am still being to that my money is refunded but I have not received.
