Unathorised debited amount

I got paid on the 27 january 2014. On the ex january nedbank went and debited my account without my oermission with R6000. The money does not reflect who it went to/no ref no. I didn't get an sms notification until I bought food for R200 at pick n pay that was when I realised my money is good and checked my statement. Nedbank you have done this to me before and took 2months to refund me. I Need my MONEy refunded to me today. You are a bank that treat its customers like criminals. Now I can't pay rent, electricity and no transport money. How do you expect one to live? After my refund I wanted to write to guys a good report about ur service but you don't deserve it. PLS REFuND MY mONEY
