Temporary Loan deductions

We took out a temporary loan on the 28 December 2012, hardly a week passes by, on the 7th January 2012, they make deductions from my wifes account without as much as informing her & take all her money left in the account, as a repayment for that loan.

The terms and conditions, state that the repayments should be made within 31days and logic dictates that they should atleast wait for a salary deposit before deductions are made.

We called into their call centre no fewer than 6times being sent from pillar to post and sent 2emails that are unresponded to, until we spoke to a Kareeishi Naidoo, Jane Mofokeng and 20 minutes Kgaugelo Molefi, still they cant explain this defying logic loan, instead they refer us to the product house.

The quotation document which we have not signed, doesnt stipulate an initiation fee, and we have not accepted it.
