A COPY OF THE NEW POLICY WAS FAXED THROUGH TO FAX NUMBER 0118587320. PROOF OF THE LETTER, THE NEW POLICY AND ACTIVITY LOG REPORT WAS SENT THROUGH TO HOME LOANS RECOVERY UNIT ON 13/5/2013 WITH REFERENCE NUMBER 33772504. TILL TODAY, NO FEEDBACK WAS RECEIVED. I MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TWO WEEK APART TO FIND OUT WAS IS HAPPENING, HOWEVER STANDARD INSURANCE JUST SAID THAT THEY RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS, AND IT IS ATTENDED TO. I WENT TO SEE LOURIA ERASMUS IN NELSPRUIT STANDARD BANK THE GROVE, ON 20 MARCH 2013 WITH REFERENCE NO 52413349, SHE ALSO DID NOT GIVE ME ANY FEEDBACK. I ALSO SPOKE TO DOCTOR AND THUMI AT STANDARD INSURANCE, WHOM ADVISED THEY WILL PROVIDE FEEDBACK, HOWEVER NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED. PLEASE CAN YOU ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY MONEY CREDITED TO MY HOME LOAN? THE AMOUNT IS R1717.44. THANK YOU.
