Standard Bank
Standard Bank is Useless

Do not bank with Standard Bank. I have been trying to get some services done on my home loan. I have had the home loan with them for 6 years. They keep loosing documents I have sent them. They do not bother giving me any feedback I have to run after them. I have to speak to a different person every time and therefore have to go through the security check every time. They are wasting my time and are completely incompetent. Worst of all Is they make all this out as if I don't know what I am talking about. I rarely get angry but the service I am receiving is shocking. Stay away from standard bank. They are useless and down right rude!!!
