CANCELLATION REQUESTED THRICE - NO DOCS RECEIVED

My wife holds a savings policy with Clientele. She has requested cancellation of the policy via email and telephonically on several occasions. Clientele refuses to send her copies of the policy and the cancellation documentation. The service received from the Clientele staff has been pathetic- promises made are never kept.
