I took a policy with clientele through their IFA network and i never received any documentations from the to let me know what is going on when i checked my statements i found out that they have been taking money from my account for the past 7 months so i sent them an email to cancel the policy and asked for my money back that i have paid so far. so they cancelled my policy and advised a letter will be sent out in 2-3 weeks guess what no letter from them and now they refusing to give me my money back because i did not cancel my policy within 30 days how was i supposed to know that with out any documentation they say that my query has been passed on to the complaints team guess what i have not heard a word from the also so please clientele just save me the trouble of going to the ombudsman and refund me my money back and the longer this process drags on i will be seeking compensation for that.
