Was kicked out of the bank by security guard

Today I got shocked at STB Midrand (Boulders). I accompanied a colleague to collect his bank cards and do some on-line banking registrations. While waiting for the guy, a security guy approached me - Have you been helped Mr? he asks me, No I am waiting for a friend he's collecting his cards, I responded. Go wait for him outside. This is not a waiting room, he told me. I thought the guy was joking and he repeated, I said go outside, he repeated. I felt so belittled but I just decided to go out. This is one of the reasons I left STB for FNB, you're treated with respect as a client at FNB. I demand a personal apology from that guard, my colleague was also shocked such that he want to move his accounts to a different bank.
