COMPLETE Lack of RESPECT

Was waiting to be assisted and then called the lady asking to assist me and she completely ignored me and carried on talking to the security guard that has a gun. I then waiting for 5 minutes and a train had passed by. She then came to me and I responded asking her "what if that had been my train that just passed? " She then screamed at me and then walked away continuing talking to the security man with a gun with this man also speaking to me in xhosa " sadly which I don't understand" with a disrespectful threatening tone. I then waiting for another 10 minutes with people started queuing up behind me. She then came to me and I mentioned to her that this was putrid service. She then said that she was busy, and said that she can slam he gate in my face because her cutoff time is at 17:00pm and that I am not important only the people behind me.
The then gave me my ticked and I left and I then saw the security guard with a gun waiting for me
just to give me a cold look and he then left to his security vehicle.
