REEKING, STINKING AND ROTTEN ATTITUDE

Today (10/07/2013) at the atms of standard bank... the SECURITY GUARD AND SERVICE CONSULTANT REEKING ATTITUDE... LEFT ME BROKEN. I simply asked the consultant " I'm in a queue waiting why are you bringing people from inside and taking them to the front of the Queue" ARROGANTLY he responded rudely saying why am i complaining? what do i know? am i not in the front of the queue? then there was an argument. like really, how stupid, I should have a say as a customer, a valid question should have been followed by a sound answer if i was talking to a professional, obviously not. I wonder who actually trains these consultants, do they even know the vision of their employer, the bank will perish due to such small minded people - they lack knowledge, have no sense. Is this what customer service is at STANDARD BANK? The security guard was WORSE he looked at me Facetious when i wanted to go inside the bank after i was done at the atm - he told me the trolley could not go in (that i understand - its a rule) but i asked what do i do with the heavy things in the trolley, he said something like ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM i was Nauseated, did not know where to turn? who is the Branch Manager?
