On the 27th December 2012 I reported an accident to Affinity. I submitted all the documents they required from me. They never communicated with me. I had to be the one calling them everyday to find out the progress of the claim. As of the 27 Dec until today the 11 January 2013 I have been calling them for updates and to make it more interesting they do NOT even know the status of the claim. They only pretend to make a follow up while talking to you. Immediately you drop the phone they forget about you until the following day when you call wanting to find out if they have any feedback and you hear the same story as yesterday's. If you call them and can't get hold of the person assisting you with your claim and you leave a message, they NEVER call you back. Mind you, you don't owe these people; they take money from your account every month. My car has been moved to some panel beaters in another town without my concern, yet they still don't know the status of the vehicle. Ridiculous!!!
