Travel Guard Chartis
Disappointed

I took this travel insurance on the 21 August 2012 before i left South Africa to come on a holiday in New Zealand. I was hospitalized for a few days in Auckland City hospital. Now I am sitting with a billing problem that nobody can sort out here in New Zealand. I am only returning to South Africa at the end of Feb, and i can not leave this issue unsolved here as I would like to return to New Zeland in the future. I don't see the reason why i paid all that money for travel insurance and still I have hassles with bills. I have made numerous calls to Chartis Insurance with no help from nobody. The calls are all a extra expense. The whole reason why I took out the insurance was to avoid issues like these. I am very disappointed and this is all causing more health problems to myself.
