Unknown debit orde

My fNB cheque account was debited by unkown company. Debit order listed as POL D067967 427818 on my bank account transaction history. I visited church square branch to seek for help to reverse the debit order and the service consultant told me that its not possible because the debit order doesn't have reference no. The same day i called my banker (Boitumelo Maine) to investigate the issue and she gave me couple of numbers for companies to call and find out if they are the ones who debited my account but i didn't get any answer from those telephone numbers. She investigated further and told me that they suspect that its prepaid online and i must google it and get contact numbers and call them. I did that but didn't get any contact numbers from google.

I feel that my money is not save anymore with FNB, and will appreciate if they investigate further to reverse and cancel the debit order.
