Reported leaking copper pipes to insurance on Monday morning after temporarily repairing the pipes over the weekend as document that i had indicated that they are available from 8-5 Monday to Friday. They sent out a plumber however when he got there because i repaired the leak temporarily over the weekend they did nothing. Plumber did not repair the leaks and indicated that they are happy with the repair conducted by an unqualified person four of the staff do not understand my concern when the leak reoccurs. Am away over weekends so what happens when it happens then. Trying to save them money and myself damage but they do not appear to understand this will be escalating to the short term insurance ombudsman as well. So much for moving forward
