Unauthorised Debit Orde

An Unauthorised Debit Order of R399 have come off my bank account. I have contacted Standard Bank and they will reverse this transaction. However they cannot cancel this Debit Order! The bank cannot give me any information on Xfinity - when doing a google search I cannot trace them either. Can someone please give their contact number??? The reference on the debit order is NAEDO DEBIT XFINITY_PS SAS000061705071308.
