Outsurance
WAITING FOR REFUND!

I phones outsurance for a quote - which was way higher than my current premium with my broker. I told them its fine I will stick with my current broker. They then decided to save the policy and send a debit form to my bank without me knowing!!! At the end of Dec I just saw the amount debited on my account. I went to Outsurance on the 4th of January where they told me that I will be refunded. Still I have not been refunded!! When I get my refund??? And how does one send a debit order through to your bank without your acknowledgement or approval!!! Very unhappy!!!
