Misleading

I am really disappointed in the misleading add outsurance is currently advertising.

Two months ago I did a quote with Outsurance and was promised R400 as my current insurer is charging me half the premium, outsurance has quoted me.

Karabo advised me her manager will contact me and request my current policy details.
I called two days later and the manager told me he will send me a blank email, which I need to respond to.

I'm still waiting.
