I am utterly fraustrated with the service recieved from standard bank. I have not been able to draw out money from the ATM for 3 days as it kept telling me that i have exceeded my daily limit when I did not even draw out for the day. I then proceeded to go into the branch on Sunday as being a month end the bank was overcrowded on staurday (probably with complaints). Only to find that there was no tellers, enquiries or a MANAGER! Never the less they informed us we can see a consultant. We eventually see a consultant and he then tells me that he needs to increase my monthly limit from R15000 to R20000 when I am not even drawing out the total monthly limit!!! he then tells me he cannot do anything further and i must wait and hour or so and try again... but i have been trying for 3 days! Another hour would not do anything. I then asked to speak to his manager who maybe could give me another solution and guess wat NO MANAGER! wat is the purpose of opening the bank on Sunday if no help can be given at all??? Till now I am unable to withdraw. I cannot pay bills as well rent due to this... and i cannot swipe because the max limit is R2000 on swiping!!!
From my side this is ridiculous!
