I made a claim on Monday 22 April 2013 for my right hand drivers rear window side (rectangular) attached to the body. Since I have made a claim I have hearing the same stories that the glass is ordered "today" everyday and takes a day to receive the glass and to come and repair it. Order is made via Audi agents, now I have to wait for the replacement for next week Monday which I can't be able to wait any longer. I pay my insurance since day one I got the car and now, with this poor service one can not tolerate especially when you think that one pays for more on insurance but the quality of service not up to scratch.

By tomorrow 26th April 2013 I need my glass fitted AND with no stories. Or else I will reverse the amounts paid to the insurance and include excess fee and go fit it at another glass fit centre
