Finrite bad service

My cell phone was and we did all that was required just to hear that Finrite had cancelled our insurance without any notification to us. (The insurane was with Foschini and in my husbands name it's his account). The policy docs states that your insurer needs to give you 30 days written notice. After many calls to them Finrites call centre staff said that they can cancel your account with out written notice. So now i have been paying insurance just to hear that it's been closed. I will make sure that the CEO of AON hears about this. You can not have one thing written on paper in you policy document and then do the total opposite of whats written and stated in black and white.

Totally disappointed.
