I closed my account and now told i owe the bank

Hi,
I cleared my debt on all my accounts and closed them off. and i am told that standard bank let 1time deduct an amount that was charged back.

I booked a ticket with 1time before they were liquidated, and standard bank announced that if customers wanted to reverse (charge back) the amounts, they can do so, i did and my charge back was successful. i then cleared my account and closed it as i was moving to a different bank.

To my suprise i started getting calls from their collections department this month saying I owe an amount of R 1 600 and odd... as 1time deducted the money in January, how does that happen??? (as i closed my account in December) from an account that was closed, and for a transaction that was reversed as per all their advertisements.

i sent a complaint through and latter accelarated the complaint, got a call from a consultant and i explained the situation and he sent me statements that do not make sense, and i informed him that he was not helping.

Can i have this matter cleared urgently, as i dont owe standard bank any money and would like my name and that account cleared.
