No resolution after complaint lodged 3weeks ago

Complaint lodged 3 weeks ago. I only received a email and a call for credit card complaint. This has been going on for 2 months, 7 ITC checks were done on my name for a credit card application by FNB! This is the worst service I have ever received and will not recommend FNB to anyone!!!
