Rates are freaking ridiculous

This is now just gotten ridiculously out of hand. the increase of rates on such a regular basis.

R1521.94 a month now for a car that is only valued at under R38 000.
is this rate even legal...?

Seriously how can i stay with an insurance company that keeps increasing the rates. when i brought up this issue 2 months ago, I was apologised to and the rate was lower, now suddenly the rate has increased. No claims have been made and my inception date is only in april. SO WHY IS MY MONTHLY INCREASING?

i have all the respect for alexander forbes and appreciate their service, but now I am seriously doubting and reconsidering.

I am seriously going to enquire from the Ombudsman if these ridiculous increases are legal.

i have put up with so much since i took out the insurance and stayed. i actually opened a hellopeter account because it is the only way the alexander forbes responds.

for the first time have i been given formal feedback regarding an accident that happened on the 25 June 2011 on the 18/09/2013 after been repeatedly calling about it.

I am now truely disgusted!
