HIGH PREMIUMS

My premiums seemed a little high so i obtained alternate quotes and they were cheaper to my understanding Alexander Forbes will match the quote, this was done but only for 1 month and the next month my premiums increased i did speak to Christel Poole and advised her that my vehicle is 3 years old and the value depreciates so why did my premiums increase and she could not assist kindly attend to this issue.
