I was one of the unfortunate 1st for women customers to be affected by the hail storm in jhb 21-10-2012. I relocatedd to cape town and notified 1st for women of my move and damage. The claim was processed in November. First for women didn't contact me thereafter, I then started calling but they kept on telling me that there was a backlog of hail claims. Finally I managed to get an assessment done on the 27-11-2012. I then didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I then called again and was told my claim had not been processed due to a system error. I was told this in january. I have been waiting for a booking date now since then, and no one has contacted me.
