First For Women Insurance
They have kept my car for a yea

I write to express my complete disgust with first for women insurance. In October 2012 my car was caught in a hail storm and was completely chattered. They stringed me along and finally collected the car in January 2013. For the whole year they have kept the car and finally towed it to my house. That is after I asked them to get me an AA report and a full report from a volvo dealer clearing that the car is in good condition. After I found out the car does not even as much as start, they came and took the car. Two months after, today they have called me to come and get my car but warned that they car is not still in good condition. In this time I have continued to pay my premium without my car. All I want is my car in the condition I insured it for. And for my inconvenience I want all my premiums back for the year they have kept my car. I don't want anything to do with First for Women after that.
