Zero help from my insurance!

On the 10th of february i had an accident with my 16 year old cousin. my car rolled with us inside
we were taken to hospital but not physically hurt. i asked to be returned to the eccident scene to
be with my car. my sister took me to the police station to do ER. than called my insurance to report the accident, the sent the breakdown to tow my car. was in a shock but i know exaclty what heppened!
the next day my insurance called my to do my claim i spoke to Thandeka who transfered my claim to Abdul. he asked me many questions and i gave him all the answers, than on the 21 of Feb Riyaz called me and told me that. he went to the accident scene and asked the weekeneses. and they told him I was not in the car my cousin was in the car!! which suprised me! i told him that was not true but he never took my words. after that i was the one who called daily to ask the feeback no one cares to do the follow up on me. till the 4th of March I logged a call to ask what up? and Riyaz told me that he maid his decesion refering to information given by the strangers, the wont pay for the damage!! here is me (20 years, no car, no help, 60 000 car instalments to pay in 54 months! i need help!!!
