Excellent service from “1st for women”

After numerous failed attempts to get a quotation from the Early Bird agent in Richards Bay "1st for women" wrote me a letter and told me that they were unable to process the claim as they don't have a quotation from me. We finally managed to get a quote from the Early Bird agent 45 days later. I then phoned Poh Mathenjwa at "1st for women" and explained our situation and she gladly assisted me and 2 days later my claim was processed and 3 day later paid out.. Thank you Poh your speedy service and you friendliness made the stress fade away. Very impressive
