This is following on a previous complaint of R750 deducted off my credit card without my authorisation by whale cottage. I initially got a call. Then got an SMS to say that it is being further investigated, but from my understanding this should have been resolved by 31 Jan.
I have not heard back and the money has definitely not been refunded to me.
As stated before I never signed or gave any authorisation for this.
Would really love to know the outcome of this.
