Money deducted frm my acc without my authorisation

On the 25-07-2013 R1999.66 was taken frm my credit card. I called homemark and fought with them as why money was taken frm my acc, they claim that i had agreed on a purchase which they offerd me. Obviously i disagreed with them, after numerous phone calls and fighting they assured me that i will be refunded my money back. According to their policies refunds back to credit card take 48hrs. 48hrs has passed and i am still waiting for my money. What do i do? On top of that Homemarl agents have a tendency to call and offer prizes that i have to pay for, even though i tell them that i do not want anything. If i want something i will call and buy whatever it is that i want. What upsets me even more is that i payed off my credit card and am back to owing it again because i have to pay intrest charged on the money that they took. Am very angry and fustrated and when you call the and complain their agents do not even care.
