My own bank cant help you to consolidate my debt!

I need to consolidate my debt as all my installments that come out of my account leaves me next to nothing left to survive fore the month. I dont see why my own bank ABSA can assist me in consolidating this debt. If they wont help me then who will. All my installments get paid on time every month and a loan from ABSA would much less than I am paying my creditors each month. I know it's my fault to be in this bad state financially but still. I am going to contact the other banks to see if they can help me and the bank that does, I will be closing my ABSA account and opening an account with that bank. I think ABSA is useless.
If there are any banks out there that think they can help me please get in contact. I will gladly move my account to whoever can help me. Thanks alot ABSA!
