Over the past year I have tried unsuccessfully to get your legal department to update my information on Experian just as they did with Transunion and others. According to Experian I still haven't paid up R4200 I used to owe on the Clicks Credit Card although I finished paying this entire amount more than 2-years ago. I've tried in vain, to have this matter sorted out internally by emailing and phoning people such as Sibongile Njilo on EDC Assist and many others. Yet all of them are simply incapable of understanding that I don't want them to purge the record; that I just want them to indicate that the debt is now paid up.

Kindly help.
