Fix the info that you share

I am an amateur when it comes to the operations of Credit Bureaus and I do not understand the process but why I do know is that Experian is quick to source data regarding new debt from 'somewhere' but then fail to maintain details of payments or paid-up accounts. My Credit Profile held by Experian contains a list of accounts from micro-lenders that have been CLOSED / PAID-UP some time ago. The creditors insist that they do NOT send data to Experian, specifically, and they (the Creditors) do not know how Experian is obtaining this data but now it becomes the Creditor's problem because Experian does not update the profile with the latest info. If you want to maintain credit information, Experian, please maintain it accurately. Fix the information held on your system. The incorrect info is affecting my affordability.
