No Payout!!!

I have been a good client for African bank and
I applied for personal loan on the 05/02/2013 and signed the agreement and i was promised I will receive a payout on the same day, today is the 07/02/2013 and still no money in my bank account, how long do i have to wait to get the money in my account I would have never applied for a personal loan if I did not need the money.
