Unauthorised debit orders to my account for 3 yrs

Hi there

During the second half of 2009 I cancelled my insurance policy for my motor vehicles and home content with E & M Brokers. At the beginning of very new calendar year they submit a debit order with my bank and I need to go into the bank and reverse this debit. The whole of last year they submitted debits to my account on a monthly basis and I again need to go in an cancel and reverse the debit. Even though its cancelled at the bank they still allow it through and an individual needs to go into the branch to reverse the payment.

ABSA informed me that I should place a complaint on your site in order for this to stop. At the end of January 2013 a debit was submitted once again and I had to visit the branch to reverse...

I am tired of this as its an inconvenience to me as well as a bad reflection on my banking account. Should I not have enough funds available in my account, I am charged a reversal fee and this is not fair to me.

Please could they stop requesting debits on my account as I have not been insured with this company for over 3 years now.
