Dear Sir/Madam

I wrote an email to Experian disputing my Blue Bean credit card as it is still appearing on my profile even though i have not paid it for over 3 years. I explained to Experian that this is a pre-scribed debt and it should be removed from my profile. Without any investigation or proof i was adviced that i acknowledged the debt and i made a payment in feb of 2012 of which there is no record of how much i paid and did i actually pay. Can you please investigate further as it seems your Consultant "Christopher Machitela" does not seem to even bother even after several emails sent to him. I have had way better service from Transunion and they are very thorough.
